Commercial concrete & structural steel · The Carolinas
We build the part of the building that holds the building up.
Corrigan self-performs structural concrete and steel — tilt-up, cast-in-place, erection — with our own crews, our own iron, and a recordable rate general contractors ask us to explain. Since 1987.

How we work
Self-performed, or we don't sign.
Corrigan doesn't broker structural work to subs and mark it up. The crews on your site are our payroll, our superintendents, our safety program. That's why the schedule holds: the people who promised it are the people pouring it.
Bring us drawings at sixty percent and we'll flag the constructability problems while they're still eraser-fixable. Bring them finished and we'll give you a number that doesn't move without a scope change.
