Capabilities

Four things, done with our own hands.

Every capability below is self-performed by Corrigan crews. If your scope isn't on this page, we'll tell you in the first call and name a competitor who does it well.

Tilt-up construction

Panels formed, poured, and flown by one crew under one superintendent. We run our own rigging and our own crane coordination, which is why panel day happens on the day the schedule said it would. Warehouse, distribution, flex industrial, and cold storage.

Typical range

Building size
80,000 – 600,000 SF
Panel height
Up to 52 ft
Crew
Dedicated tilt crew of 22

Cast-in-place concrete

Structural frames, elevated decks, cores, and foundations for commercial, medical, and institutional work. Our own formwork inventory — no waiting on a rental yard's schedule — and in-house rebar placement on most jobs.

Typical range

Frame height
Up to 12 stories
Formwork
Owned — 240,000 SF inventory
Pours
Night and weekend pours routine

Structural steel erection

Erection, decking, and miscellaneous metals with our own ironworkers and our own operators. We sequence steel against the concrete schedule ourselves — one contractor, one critical path, no finger-pointing between trades we both control.

Typical range

Tonnage
200 – 3,000 tons per project
Certs
AISC-certified erector
Cranes
Owned up to 275T; larger leased

Design-assist & preconstruction

Bring us in at 60% drawings and we'll price the structure, flag constructability problems, and propose the panel and pour sequencing before they're baked into the documents. Estimates come with our assumptions written down — a number you can interrogate, not a lump sum you have to trust.
